A Healthy Weight Loss Blueprint
You will first have an in-person visit with our weight loss specialist, Michael Cirone, PA-C, Ph.D. This will include a detailed history and physical to discuss any current or past medical conditions, medications, surgeries, current dietary practices, and any supplements you may take. We will perform on-site baseline testing such as blood pressure, weight, BMI, heart rate, and a urinalysis.
We will order initial blood work including an expanded lipid panel, vitamin levels, thyroid testing, blood count, kidney function, liver function, cortisol, and markers for pre-diabetes and insulin resistance. You can have your blood work done right in our office for convenience.
Your follow up visits may be done by a virtual telemedicine visit. We will discuss your blood work results. We will make recommendations of supplements to assist in weight loss as well as prescription medications if needed or desired.
A monthly follow up visit is best so we can make changes or adjustments as needed in your weight loss plan. We like to add supplements one at a time so we can monitor which are providing you the greatest advantage. It is best to keep a food diary so we can discuss this during your follow-up visits.
Weight loss management does not go through insurance. The initial consultation is $110 and follow up visits each month are only $75. We also offer an all-inclusive semaglutide program which includes your monthly supply of semaglutide and the monthly visit for $300 per month.
In between visits, please feel free to send us an e-mail with any questions you may have regarding your progress, supplements, or even dietary choices. We're always eager to help you in your weight loss journey.
