SPORTS & cAMP PHYSICALS

Health Express Urgent Care provides sports physicals for school every day of the week.  Both appointments and walk-ins welcome. We are open 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that physicals are not billed through insurance and payment is expected at the time of service.

Sports or Camp Physical $60

Many schools may require sports physicals to ensure the athlete can safely participate in their sport as required by the state, school, or sports organization. Many states will not allow minors to play a sport until they have had a sports physical. During the examination, our medical provider will evaluate for any injuries or diseases that could make it unsafe for your child to participate in sports. Their medical history will be reviewed as well as any medications they are taking. Please bring their eyeglasses, contact lenses, or hearing aids with you to the appointment. Please also bring a list of their medications. The NJ Sports Physical Form is often provided by the school.
